The pdf letters are in white

Hi!
Sometimes, the pdf viewer shows the letters of the pdf in white colour without enough contrast with the background of the text, when the original letters of the text are black. Can you help me with this?

Hi!

I can't attach the document, because the document have personal information and after editing the document and delete the personal de information,

the new document pdf shows correctly in the viewer.

I attach the images of properties the document, if the mistake is in the version of pdf or the font.
