Hi Spire,

I have encounter an issue which is the text will overflow to outside designed box (excel column border) and AutoShape when trying to convert XLS to Image.
Pls advice any solution for this.

Thank you.

*Btw, I tried to upload attachment but it keep failing, please let me know how to give you sample if you need it for the testing.

** The text outside box is I draw border for 7 columns, and I write text with length that fit within the box on first column. (Font: Arial, Size: 14)
** For Auto Shape issue, my user added one blank space and next line before and after the content and make it fit to the shape.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry, but after investigating the Excel document you provided, we found that there was already an issue with text overflow in the Excel document itself (as shown in the excel.jpg image below). Additionally, we tried converting the document to PDF using Microsoft Excel (as shown in the image below), and we can see that the overflow issue persists. Therefore, this is not a bug caused by our product. Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,
Doris

Hi Doris,

I think I know the difference between my view with yours dy, previously I was always work with scale of 56% and the characters fits in table, however when I increase to 100% will display as what you shown. Therefore I can conclude that the file conversion will convert display with 100%.

Thanks for your clarification and helps for all the time.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply and understanding.
I'd like to clarify that our product's display of conversion results is not influenced by the zoom ratio. Despite adjusting the Excel zoom to 55%, the issue of content spilling over the borders persists (I've attached a screenshot for your convenience).
Should you have any further inquiries or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you.

Sincerely,
Doris
