splwow64.exe crash when printing

Hello,

We having some problems with Spire.PDFViewer when we send a document to the printer. Only Spire.PDFViewer has this problem other application still works.

When we send a print job to the printer we get the follow message:

We have tried other printers and reinstalled the printer without success!

What i have tried to fix this problem?

* disable printer spooling
* update printer drivers
* installed the printer local (TCP/IP) and not from an share

After updation your system then there will be no issue of splwow64.exe file error , because it may be happen due to old or out of dated version of window. we know that every update version show the new things.
