Shape shadow not in exported image

Hi,

When I create a slide in PowerPoint 365 with an image on it and I add shadow to the image and then run Spire.Presentation to convert the slide to image the shadow is niet in the image.

See attachment for the shadow option I use.

Is this a known issue?
