Save As Image Not Converting Charts

Hello

We have an email chain with Gary Zhang and Amy Zhao but have not received an update on progress. We discovered a bug when trying to convert a powerpoint with a chart to an image. The chart was not appearing on the image and a fix was made for this. After reviewing the hotfix provided we found the chart was showing now but labels and datapoints were wrong. Please provide an ETA as this is a critical process and we need this fixed as soon as possible.

Sorry that the labels and datapoints issues are still not fixed due to its complexity, so my colleagues don't send the email towards the progress to you. And we had give the hightest priority to the issues and I have urged our Dev team to fix them. Sorry there is no ETA at present, however we have requested our development team to share an ETA at their earliest. We will update you as soon as we get a feedback. Thanks for your understanding.

Its been almost a month and we still don't have a reply. We paid for this product and it's not performing one of it's basic functionalities. Please provide an ETA as soon as possible.

Sorry for the silence.
We previously found there were multiple places where had the labels and datapoints issues after testing. Due to its complexity, we just fixed a few little problems, not all of them, so sorry for this. Please share us more time, we will fix those issues step by step. And once there is any ETA for the hotfix, we will let you know immediately.

Thanks for waiting.
We have mainly fixed the labels and datapoints issues in following hotfix. Yet there is a little lable issue on slide 10, that is, the position of lable move a little bit. Our dev team are continuing to fix it. Once it is fixed, we will inform you.
