I just got news from our developers that there is no good solution for the display difference between different versions. We are currently unable to change the internal calculation rules of our products, as this would impact many existing documents. For your situation, I'm afraid the best solution for you is to add the hyperlink to the shape instead of text. Hope you can understand.
