Problem with text aligment inside shapes

We have a problem with text aligment inside shapes

you can find attached the problem.png where shows the text is with margin top more than expected

I'm attaching the original and the pdf for you to reproduce the problem

I tried on the live demo, and the same happens

Please can you help? OUr customer is complaining with us
