Problem Downloading trial

Hi there, i just registered and am trying to download your 30 day trial for spire.doc, however the download appears to be corrupt.

In IE i recieve a 1kb zip file, and in FF it cant even start the download process due to corrupt data.

any thoughts/comments would be welcome.
