pdfViewer "loadfromfile" stopped working

Since I upgraded to windows 10 the pdfViewer stopped working. It had been working fine for several months. I am using the free ver.2.4.35 just on my computer in a program for my hobby business.
Any suggestions?

Please try the latest version of Spire.PDFViewer at present, Spire.PDFViewer Pack(Hotfix) Version:2.7.4.
