PDF will not load

I have a PDF that the PDFViewer does not seem able to load. I am using version 2.11.0.6340 of Spire.PdfViewer.Forms. I am able to successfully open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
I can email the PDF to a support person, but due to the nature of the content would prefer to not add it as an attachment to this post. Please let me know who I can send the PDF to for review.
