Is there a way to show a pdf with annotations on the ASP.NET PDF Viewer , currently it is only loading the PDF without the annotations. Kindly assist

And is it possible to convert pdf to image (TIFF) and show the annotations in the converted tiff image ?

Kindly note our Spire.PDF follows the rules of Adobe. If you export a Pdf with annotations to images (TIFF) in Adobe, you will see that the annotations don't show in the generated images, hence, it is impossible to achieve your requirement by our product. Just feel free to write back if you have other questions.
