OutOfMemoryException when converting file from pptx to ppts

I'm building a small tool that converts pptx files to password protected ppts files. However, when trying to convert larges files including quite a bit of embedded movies (300MB~) I always get out of memory exceptions, while task manager is showing me at least 40% available memory.

It is difficult to say what the reason caused this issue. Please provide us sample file to help us do an investigation.
