NuGet Error installing package

Hi,
I am receiving the following error trying to install the NuGet package 4.10.2 into my asp.net solution. We are using asp.net 4.5.

'Spire.Presentation' already has a dependency defined for 'System.Text.Encoding.CodePages'

UPDATE
I figured it out. I needed to upgrade my NuGet Package Manager to the latest version for Visual Studio 2013 which is currently 2.12.0.817.
