The spire.docviewer-fe_4.1.msi includes the Spire.DocViewer.Forms that I use successfully in C#.
The spire.pdfviewer-fe_4.1.msi does not provide the Spire.PdfViewer.Forms, just the Spire.Pdf.dll.
Why does the doc viewer's dll install and not the pdf viewer's dll?

I installed the spire.pdfviewer-fe_4.1.msi on my computer but found that Spire.PdfViewer.Forms.dll is included in the installation directory, as shown below. What is your test environment? Such as the OS information (E.g. Windows 7, 64 bit).
