Missing Characters from Printed Output

We have an issue with pdf documents that when printed using the Spire.pdf library, characters are missing from the print. When we print the same document using Adobe Reader the characters are printed. This happens intermittently but when it happens on a document, it happens every time the document is printed.

We have downloaded and installed the latest hot patch (version 3.8.15.5040).

In this file, the missing characters are the 'A' in 'DAP2016001607' in the footer of every page.
