Memory not clearing even after disposing presentation object

The function of converting PPT to images supports charts and tables. We are now on the Tomb-Sweeping Day holiday in China. I cannot access the company's system outside the office. I will go back to the company tomorrow to confirm the details that are not supported and get back to you.

I have successfully reproduced the issue of memory increasing continuously when converting the TestPPT.pptx document to images. It seems that there is a deadlock in the program. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I have reported this issue to the developers with the tracking number SPIREPPT-2224 and it has been given the highest priority. We will resolve it as soon as possible.

Regarding the list of supported and unsupported features, I have discussed with the developers and currently, only Area charts are not supported. Other content types are generally supported but we have not yet compiled a detailed feature list. I apologize for being unable to provide you with one at the moment.

About your request of adding gourish@edot-solutions.com email as a cc for the forum and other emails, I have communicated with the relevant colleagues, and I'm sorry that currently we cannot allow a user to subscribe multiple email addresses. We can only send notifications to the registered email address. Would you like to change your registered email address from spire@innoviapro.com to gourish@edot-solutions.com?

Just one question here, you'll have just fixed the issue for this ppt or you'll have checked the overall plugin for any deadlock?
Because its very annoying for us to get this issue on production site.

So may be you'll can do overall test, so that if there are any other issue related to other component that can be fixed.
