Manually add row to existing table, add cell with HTML?

It seems in older versions of Spire.PDF, you could add a row to a table with [table].AddRow(). Is there any way to manually add rows to a table in the current version?

Second question, is it possible to add a cell with HTML to an existing table?

Sorry that our Spire.PDF doesn't support these two features at present.
