Load Error

I am trying to use your spire.spradsheet but when I tell it to run I get an error.

Error 'Could not load file or assembly 'Spire.Spreadsheet, Version=2.2.39.8040, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=663f351905198cb3' or one of its dependencies. Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)' RSI_Press E:\Visual Studio Project\RSI_Press\RSI_Press\LC

I also get a similar error when using the project downloaded from here, https://code.msdn.microsoft.com/windows ... ac#content .

What is causing this error?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Please remove and reference again the all dlls from the Spire.Spreadsheet Pack(hot fix) Version:2.2.39. And here is information for checking.

Spire.Pdf.dll V3.9.349.8040
Spire.Spreadsheet V2.2.39.8040
Spire.Xls.dll V7.12.87.8040
