Hi there,
I have a pdf document that seems to consist of two 'layers'.
In my scenario I need to convert the pdf document from pdf to png. To achive this I'm using the SaveAsImage method on the PdfDocument class. Unfortunately this method seems to 'print' only one of the two layers.
Could you please confirm that the internals of this method only print the default layer of the document?
Is there a possibility in your API to merge or combine all the layers in pdf document?
Thank you very much
Regards
Marcus

Hi,
thanks for getting back. Yes the problem still exists.
Unfortunately I can't provide you with the pdf document since it contains customer information.
I'm still trying to get another non critical document that shows the same behaviour.
So far I've found out that the pdf was scanned and then emailed to us.
I suspect that the document contains some watermark or something like that.
It'll be helpful if you could provide me with an example of how to produce a pdf document with one layer from a document with two layers.
Meanwhile I'm trying to get an example document from our customer.
Thank you
Regards
Marcus

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for your reply.
Sorry that we don't know what is the layer in your pdf document. To help us know it and resolve your issue soon, an example pdf document is very much needed. You can also send your document to
amy.zhao@e-iceblue.com if you cannot share it here.
Thanks.
