I have a two-page document created with Spire.PDF. The document does not render properly in Firefox. It does render properly if viewed in Chrome or with Adobe Reader. In Firefox, the first page is repeated twice; the second page is not visible.

See attached PDF document and a screen shot of what it looks like in Firefox (win 8, firefox 39.0). and Adobe Reader.

Any ideas?
