As the information about free spire.xls limitation:
Friendly Reminder: Free version is limited to 5 sheets per workbook and 200 rows per sheet. This limitation is enforced during reading or writing XLS files. From Free Spire.XLS v7.8, there is no any limitation when loading and saving .xlsx file format. When converting Excel files to other formats, such as PDF/XPS/Images, you can only get the first 3 pages of PDF/XPS/Images.

Can you provide information about limitation when use free spire.xls to save xlsx file to html? For example, how many rows or how many pages will be allow to convert?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Kindly note that when converting Excel files to Html, only 5 sheets are allowed to be converted, and each sheet is limited to 200 rows. If you have any other questions, please feel free to write to us at any time.
