exception on table row

by this morning, in my application, i have this issue.

table has rows, but when i try to read first, get error...yesterday it worked well, now not.
same code on a test project working...why???
i'm using free spire.doc 12.2.0

May I ask if you used the same Word document for both tests? If not, the issue might be caused by some data in the document you used for the second test that is not compatible with the free version.
