We are running Spire.DataExport 3.2.1.4 that we purchased some time ago. It has been working perfectly until recently. Recently we have witnessed failed down loads. When we click the down load button, a message come back with a message that says "FileName Couldn't be down loaded. Rety Cancel View Downloads"
This primarily occurs with IE but has been seen with Chrome and FF. It is sporadic somewhat, with abilty to download today but not tomorrow. And some file are more prone to fail than others. Size also does not appear to be a problem.
Can you provide some insight or resource where to look for a solution? Is it possible that the version is too old? Any help would be appreciated.
