Error converting from XLXS to PDF

The following error occurs while converting from XLXS to PDF in JAVA.
Can you tell me the cause or solution?

class com.spire.xls.packages.sprgkC: Culture ID: 14345 is not a supported culture

I attached Excel file, please check it.
