Displaying special characters to ppt

hi,

I've recently used the FREE version of Spire Presentation and have noticed that I cannot open the PPT file when special characters (DANISH) are inside the text.

Is this a known limitation?

Thanks for your inquiry.
After an initial testing, sorry that I didn't encounter any issue when loading file. Please try to use the latest Spire.Presentation Pack Hotfix Version:2.8.21 and check if the issue is solved on your side. If the issue still exists, please provide us with following information for investigation.
1) Input file and the code you were using
2) Region and Language setting, e.g. China, Chinese
3) OS information
