Disable Print and Save in PDF Viewer

I'm building windows forms application in .net and I'm looking for PDF Viewer without Print and Save functionality.
Documents are generated already without properties or security features.
So dose your tools support this feature so we can buy

Spire.PDFViewer supports designing it programmatically. Please use PdfDocumentViewer control and here is a guide for your kind reference.
