Dear derek,

Spire.Xls Pack Edition and Pro Edition contain this assembly. Please download and test Spire.XLS Pack Version:7.0 (http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/download-excel-for-net-now/spirexls-pack70.html?Itemid=0)or Spire.XLS Pack Hotfix Version:7.0.34(http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/download-excel-for-net-now/spirexls-pack-hotfix7-0-34.html?Itemid=0).
And then add Spire.XLS.dll, Spire.Pdf.dll, Spire.Common.dll, Spire.License.dll from the same folder as references into your project.

BTW, has this issue(http://www.e-iceblue.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3754) you posted in other forum been solved?
