Charts in Powerpoint not converted

I have a powerpoint slide that contains charts, and many of the charts are not converted into images. I have attached the powerpoint slide that has the issue, and the image that is converted. You will notice that the chart is missing.

Has anyone else noticed same issue? Any fixes / workaround?
