On the Spire v4.7.0 I'm encountering System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException when opening a certain file.
Please see attached file for the solution and power point file. The presentation file is located at SpireArgumentOutOfRangeException\Resources\j175702378.pptx.

I did reproduce the exception when saving your sample PPT file to another .pptx file. I have logged this issue into our bug tracking system for further investigating and fixing. If there is any update, we will let you know. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
