My mobile phone can read the QR-Code very quickly.
Unfortunately, your software can not read the QR-Code at all.

What is the problem?

I can confirm that this is a problem.
QR code is not scanned at all.

Our Dev team are working on the issue now. I will keep you informed regarding any available update. BTW, if you were testing other images whose QR code cannot be scanned by our product, please share us with your images, so we can investigate them accurately.

Hi Nina,
I am taking a PDF file and converting it to TIF and also rotating by 180 degrees.
It used to scan with the old version.
