Hi,
My mobile phone can read the QR-Code very quickly. Unfortunately, your software can not read the QR-Code at all.

Thanks for your post. Our Dev team are working on the issue now. I will keep you informed regarding any available update. BTW, if you were testing other images whose QR code cannot be scanned by our product, please share us with your images, so we can investigate them accurately.

Hello, What is the ETA to have this issue resolved? I have released and an application into production and we are moving all out barcodes to QR code. Thanks, Alex
