Due to the coronavirus, we are working very few hours and the trial license has expired, but I have not been able to test the functionality of scanning QRs.
Would it be possible to obtain another license?

In principle, we only provide the temporary license twice at most. However, considering the cause of the COVID-19, we are willing to provide you a temporary license again. Please contact our sales team(sales@e-iceblue.com) via email to get it.
