After deploying the dll, i am facing below issue.

Namespace or type specified in the Imports 'Spire.Barcode' doesn't contain any public member or cannot be found. Make sure the namespace or the type is defined and contains at least one public member. Make sure the imported element name doesn't use any aliases.

Did you add your dll successfully? Please check whether the dll (spire.barcode.dll , spire.license.dll) in the references.
If everything is OK but you still get the error, please clear the project or create a new project and deploy dll via Nuget and try again.
