How to enable "Background graphics" in ChromeHtmlConverter

Is it possible to enable "Background graphics" as an option when converting to PDF using ChromeHtmlConverter?
This is an option that can be specified in the print preview of the Chrome browser, as shown in the attached image.
In the case of the QT web engine, it is enabled by default.
