Hi,

According to our investigation, the reason for the conversion failure may be due to incompatibility of the 2021 version of vc_redist.x64.exe on Azure. We recommend testing with the following version of Qt. Regarding the issue you mentioned about the exe program not being able to release, we will further investigate it. We are also looking into new methods for converting HTML to PDF, and if we successfully test it on Azure, we will inform you promptly. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

QT plugin: https://www.e-iceblue.com/downloads/plugins/qt-5.9.8-plugins-windows-x64.zip

Hello,

I apologize that the other method mentioned previously cannot be used on Azure.
Are you able to generate files normally using the Qt plugin version 5.9.8? Is there still an issue with the exe being locked? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Doris
